About Kimberly Christine

The Younger Years~

As a Northern Lake Girl from the most chilling city in Minnesota, Duluth offered the perfect backdrop for this only child who was adventurous and always had a big imagination. A longtime fan of the dark side, I loved all things spooky. Even during my childhood, fear was always an adrenaline rush as I loved to scare and loved being scared. I always loved making things weirder, more unique… to stand out and/or not look like every other kid whose parents bought them the same clothes. So, I took up Magic/sewing at a young age. My first career brought me to become a Cosmetologist, but it was less than exciting after fours years. Always having a love for the Natural World in my own backyard…(Witch : ) I went back to college in Superior, Wisconsin enrolling in Marine Biology & Natural Sciences. Needing a side job, I signed up for a Work Study program and with my background in sewing, hair & makeup, I took a job in the Theatre Department working in the Scene Shop building sets and helping with costumes. And realized my creative spark was always to flourish in the entertainment industry. But the program wasn’t intensive enough, so I transferred to Northern California to receive an MFA (Master of Fine Arts) in Theatre & Film from California State University-Humboldt. My focus was Special Make-up Effects, transforming actors and creating creatures. But was invited to side-step and become a Graduate Assistant as a Costume Designer. After graduating, it was either L.A. or Vegas baby! So, I decided to move to the desert and work on Costumes and Make-up for some of the biggest venues with Cirque Du Soleil and Blue Man Group!

My Health & Wellness Journey~

I was having a blast working in wardrobe and make-up for Cirque Du Soleil and Blue Man Group in Las Vegas for three years until I started to suffer from over-use injuries months after a promotion into a full-time stitching position. I started to research alternative healing modalities, like yoga and meditation. It was then I met my husband from India and my life changed, Big Time!

Absolutely in awe by the colors, costumes and dancing in Bollywood films, I created Fundoo Fitness in 2009 to help others in the similar stressful situations of work, family, social, and daily life. I became a personal coach with Beachbody and a Group X Instructor certified to teach Bombay Jam Bollywood Fitness. I studied with Hemalayaa Behl for a combined Yoga/Indian Dance Certificate. Traveling all over India (six separate visits) learning about Reiki, Ayurveda, Face Yoga, Classical Indian Dance, Cooking, and Martial Arts, was a true blessing and an eye-opening experience to an ancient spirited culture on the other side of the world.

Seven years later and three overuse injuries sewing full-time as a corporate athlete, shifted my career into healing and wellness, but a move for my husband’s film career to Savannah, GA., reignited my original passion in Special Make-up FX as I was unexpectedly called on for several projects from photographers, student filmmakers and a reality show prank. But...it was even more exciting to be immersed into the most haunted city in the US and getting exposed to the paranormal, haunted history and spooky tourism industry!

My Spooky Journey~

After immersing myself in the rich tourism and spooky spirit world of Savannah, GA., I found myself working in a haunted property and making a cameo in an episode of the popular, long-running television series, Ghost Adventures-The Gribble House. This led me to get hooked on ghost culture and discovering the rich history of the paranormal. But, we had to move back to L.A. Once back., I started research for my own Ghost Tour on Hollywood Blvd with City of Dark Angels Tours, fraught with frightening truths about Tinsel Town. With a love and deep understanding of paranormal culture, I've made it my mission to share the knowledge of the dark side with the mainstream. For nearly three years I brought believers and skeptics together and explored the places where the spirits roam free. In Los Angeles, I innovated the company by adding a Pub Crawl component to the ghost tours, and although highly successful and a divorce in tow, I left the city for Arizona to be with family and start a new chapter with my tour company.

Featured in articles, blogs, and vlogs, I have made a name for myself as an expert on all things otherworldly. From 2017-2022, I produced a new tour in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. In 2020 (a month before the pandemic hit), Ghost Adventures brought me back to the tv screen helping Paranormal investigators Zak Bagans and Aaron Goodwin find the truth about the London Bridge in Lake Havasu. I was over the heat, jonesing for fresh air and seasons, so I moved back in my element of Duluth, MN and produced a third Ghost Tour of the place I grew up in, offering walking tours along the Gitche Gumee with plans for a winter Bar Hop. Being immersed in the most haunted U.S. city of Savannah and three iterations of tour experience under my belt, my Duluth Ghost Tours are the most unique immersive experiences yet.

Putting it all together~
And this is when I decided to marry it ALL!!
